What you need to know about The Hartshill Home
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 05:00:00.
A damage deposit of £104 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Standard Bookings:
- Cancellation before 14 days of check-in: Guests can cancel their booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellation within 14 days but more than 7 days of check-in: Guests can cancel but will be charged 50% of the total booking fee.
- Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: If a guest cancels within 7 days of check-in, no refund will be issued.
