What you need to know about The Blurton Apartment

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of £150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Standard Bookings:
  • Cancellation before 14 days of check-in: Guests can cancel their booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
  • Cancellation within 14 days but more than 7 days of check-in: Guests can cancel but will be charged 50% of the total booking fee.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: If a guest cancels within 7 days of check-in, no refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Bookings: Some promotional rates or discounted bookings may be classified as non-refundable. For these bookings, no refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation. Modifications to Your Booking: Guests can modify their booking (dates, property, etc.) up to 48 hours before the check-in date. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Early Departure: If you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, no refunds will be provided for the unused nights.
