  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made according to our cancellation policy detailed in your booking confirmation. Refund eligibility is also outlined in the policy.
  • Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM on the arrival date. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Check-out: Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the departure date. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
  • Identification: Valid photo ID may be required upon check-in.

4. House Rules

  • Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation.
  • Noise: Guests must not create excessive noise that may disturb other residents.
  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas will be provided.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed, charges may apply.
  • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately if necessary.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Compliance: Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay.
