Cancellation Policy

Standard Bookings:

• Guests can cancel for a full refund if done 14 days before check-in.
• Cancellations within 14 to 7 days before check-in incur a 50% charge.
• No refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.
• Non-refundable bookings, once canceled, will not be eligible for refunds.

Non-Refundable Bookings:
Some promotional rates or discounted bookings may be classified as non-refundable. For these bookings, no refund will be provided in the event of a cancellation.

Modifications to Your Booking:
Guests may modify their bookings up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability and potential fees.

Early Departure:
No refunds for unused nights after check-in.

No-Show Policy:
Failure to check in without prior notice results in a full charge with no refund.

Force Majeure:
In unforeseen situations (e.g., natural disasters), cancellation fees may be waived, and a refund or credit may be issued.

How to Cancel:
Cancellations must be made via phone or email and confirmed in writing by us.
